Acceptance

By downloading or using Kagi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Authorized access

Kagi is an SSH client for servers you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for how you use SSH connections and remote commands.

Kagi Pro

Kagi Pro is an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and the App Store subscription system.

The free plan includes up to 2 saved connections, up to 2 active SSH sessions, and core terminal features. Kagi Pro unlocks multiple saved connections, multiple active sessions, Remote Document Viewer, and default tmux and Docker attach helpers.

SSH and remote systems

Kagi is a client app. It does not provide server hosting, managed SSH infrastructure, or a developer-operated backend service for terminal traffic. You are responsible for remote server availability, configuration, security, command results, and server-side tools such as tmux, Docker, and shells.

Privacy

Kagi stores credentials in iOS Keychain and does not collect terminal contents or transmit them to the developer. Privacy details are available at Kagi Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kagi to access systems without permission, disrupt services, bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws or third-party terms.

No warranty and liability

Kagi is provided as is. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every server environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Kagi.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. These terms may be updated when Kagi changes, and updated terms will be published on this page.

Kagiは、ユーザーが所有している、またはアクセス許可を得ているサーバーへSSH接続するためのクライアントです。不正アクセス、サービス妨害、セキュリティ回避、法令や第三者の規約に反する利用は禁止します。Kagi ProはAppleが管理する自動更新サブスクリプションです。Kagiはサーバーホスティング、管理SSH基盤、開発者が運用するターミナル通信バックエンドを提供しません。Kagiは現状有姿で提供され、法令で認められる範囲で間接損害、特別損害、結果損害、逸失利益について責任を負いません。
