Information to include
- iOS version
- iPhone model
- Kagi app version
- Connection method, such as password authentication or SSH key authentication
- Error message or a short description of what happened
Do not include secrets
Do not send passwords, private keys, passphrases, production hostnames, private IP addresses, or terminal output that contains confidential information. If a screenshot is useful, remove secrets before sending it.
Subscriptions and refunds
Kagi Pro billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and the App Store subscription system. For purchase or refund issues, include the Kagi app version and describe the StoreKit or subscription status you see, but do not send Apple ID passwords or payment details.
サポートについて
Kagiは、ユーザーが所有している、またはアクセス許可を得ているサーバーへiPhoneからSSH接続するためのアプリです。認証情報は端末内に保存され、パスワードや秘密鍵はiOS Keychainに保存されます。
問い合わせ時に、パスワード、秘密鍵、パスフレーズ、本番サーバー名、非公開IPアドレス、機密情報を含むターミナル出力は送らないでください。
